“Dieting for Max Fat Loss” Video

In this video, I discuss some simple strategies for losing fat on-demand. I explain a fat loss tweak that I’ve added in 2011 that is working well (especially helpful if you are eating at a calorie deficit and at a fat loss sticking point). What I cover in this video.

This dieting method almost seems too easy to work, but it works like a charm. At least give that “tweak” a tryI’ve privately suggested it to a few guys who have been stuck for weeks at the same body fat percentage…and they are losing fat again.

Note: This tip involves drinking a protein shake first thing in the morning (I’ll explain in the video). You won’t want to do this on an “Eat Stop Eat” day, or if you train first thing in the morning. This works best for those people who train later in the day.

I drink a protein shake at 6:30AM and train at 11:30…so I’m still training in a fasted state. I simply do this on the 5 days each week that I’m not doing and “Eat Stop Eat” style fast.
